Refund
Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your products to report any type of damage.
All custom orders are final, unless damaged upon arrival.
Please include in your message:
- Order Number
- Mailing Address
- Name
- Missing/Damaged product and information on damage
- Picture of damaged product
Return
Due to COVID-19, we currently will not be taking any returns. We apologize and hope that you understand.
Shipping
Every order once shipped out will have a tracking number. You will receive the tracking number so that you can see estimated delivery dates.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are providing accurate shipping information. Refunds will NOT be given in the event that a customer provides incorrect shipping address information or for claims of not receiving a package when tracking says it was delivered.
Processing Time
It normally takes me about a week to get the blank shirt in, put it together and ship out. This time does not include the time for shipping. Transfers are normally shipped 2-3 days after order. Holidays may effect the processing times.
Shirt Type
The shirts that are used for the tshirts are the soft style by Gildan. Any long sleeve or hoodie will be regular Gildan style.
